Last weekend I managed to get rid of some of the items I had listed for sale on Gumtree. A polish builder came and collected the extra IKEA doors I had ordered and didnt end up needing, a student collected the old bamboo blind that was hanging in our WC, a shelf unit went to a guy starting up a charity shop, and a girl working on the the stage set design for The Gate Theatre's next production collected our old WC sink!Its nice to know these items are finding new homes in other people's lives.
